1. After the fault occurs, first check the diesel filter of the bulldozer and find that the diesel filter is not blocked
Therefore, continue to check the oil-water separator of the bulldozer, replace the oil-water separator and two fine filters, and the fault still exists
3 it is suspected that the high-pressure common rail pump of the bulldozer is faulty. Raise the test bench to check the pressure of the high-pressure common rail pump of the German bulldozer. It is found that there is no injection pressure in the common rail pump
Then loosen a high-pressure oil pipe connected to the oil nozzle and start it. There is no diesel ejected from the oil pipe, only a few drops or two
Therefore, it is preliminarily estimated that the high-pressure common rail pump of Degong bulldozer is broken, resulting in the "flameout fault of Degong EFI engine"
Since it is an EFI engine, the high-pressure common rail pump of the bulldozer can hardly be calibrated, so the pump needs to be replaced
In addition, there is another reason for the "De Gong EFI engine flameout fault", that is, the fuel nozzle of the bulldozer is stuck, but if there is no pressure when checking the pressure of the high-pressure common rail pump, the fault reason is "damage of the high-pressure common rail pump"
